We will charge the full amount to your credit card when you place your order.

Where is my order?

We will email you a computer-generated image of your order within 3 days after your order is placed. The products will take up to 16 days to manufacture after the confirmation of computer-generated images. You may chose to rush your order; in this case the manufacturing will take 8 days after confirmation of the images. Shipping within the US takes 3-4 days, and 7-20 days should be allotted for the delivery of international shipping.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

The moment your order is dispatched, we will send you an e-mail confirmation with your tracking information. Don’t forget to check your junk mail folder.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship our international orders via USPS or UPS. The delivery time depends on the carrier to the final destination, but you can expect an average of between 7-20 business days.

Yes. You can choose the option of rushed order to receive your product 8 days faster.

Can I return or exchange my personalized item?

We are confident that you will love your custom design bauble. We will send you photo realistic images of your special orders before production, If you are not happy with the designs after 3 changes, we offer full refund. We cannot accept cancellations or returns of personalized items after the confirmation of computer-generated images because they are made to order. Therefore, all personalized items are a definitive sale. If an item is defective or looks different than our 3d designs, please e-mail our customer service department at info@namesbynoush.com

What should I do if I’ve ordered the wrong size?

We do not take back or exchange jewels, so you must ensure you order the correct size by going to a jeweler. If you accidentally order the wrong size, you can email us and we will try to accommodate you.

Can I have my order sent to a PO box?

We do not deliver to PO boxes. PO box addresses can only be used for billing, but deliveries must be sent to a standard street address.

What should I do if my jewel gets broken?

Each jewel comes with a six-month guarantee. If something should happen to your jewel during this period due to quality issues, all you have to do is send us an email and we will send you a return label. Your jewel must be sent to the address below and it will be returned to your address within 2 to 4 weeks from when we receive it.

If your jewel is no longer under the six-month guarantee, please contact us by email at the following address and we’ll be more than happy to provide you with a repair estimate.

How do I take good care of my jewelry?

Although our silver jewelry is plated with platinum, the plating can wear off and silver can oxidize naturally with the air and humidity. If you are not wearing your jewel, keep it in a closed bag that protects it from the air; this will delay the oxidation process.

The plated gold jewels tend to fade over time and the speed of its disappearance depends on the caring of the jewel. Avoid contact with perfumes, make-up and water. Please do not shower or take a bath with your jewelry. Color fading is a normal phenomenon caused by wear and tear on plated jewelry. If you want your piece to stay the same color forever, please be sure to order in 14k or 18k gold.
